Saya sangat berterima kasih untuk siapa pun yang telah mengupload resep ini untuk pertama kalinya, so ini bukan resep saya. Kemaren sempat nyatet dari kakak tapi catatan tertinggal di rumah kami di tanah air.

(serves 4)

1/2 oz red ginger
1 piece of palm sugar (Um.. not clear ..or any amount that you like )
125 ml sweetened condensed milk
1/2 sachets of creamer (This is also not clear, so.. any amount that you like)
4 glasses of mineral water

This is how to make it:
Peel the ginger, wash and crush it
Boil the 4 glasses of water, add it with palm sugar and stir the mixture until it dispensed and boiled.
Turn off the stove then add the milk and the creamer
4 glasses of hot Saraqba is ready to be served
